1. **Overview**
At Methsisila Astrology Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional services that meet your expectations. Given the intangible and labor-intensive nature of our offerings, we have implemented clear guidelines regarding cancellations, revisions, and refunds to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.

2. **Scope & Applicability**
This policy applies to all services provided by Methsisila Astrology Center, including but not limited to report preparation.

3. **Satisfaction & Revisions**
Your satisfaction is our priority.

- **Revision Period:** If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, you are entitled to request one revision within 2 days of the project delivery date.

- **Revision Request:** To initiate a revision, please submit your request in writing to methastro@gmail.com, detailing the specific areas that require adjustment.

4. **Cancellation & Refunds**
Refund eligibility is determined by the type of service and the project’s progress.

- **Request-Based Services (e.g., Consulting, Design):** You may cancel your request at any time. However, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before project completion, you will be billed for the hours worked or milestones completed up to the cancellation date.

- **Subscription / Retainer Services:** Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partially used months.

- **Digital Services & Consultation Calls:** Once a consultation has taken place or a digital strategy/report has been delivered, services are deemed fully rendered and are non-refundable.

5. **Non-Refundable Services**
The following services are final and non-refundable:

- Completed hourly labor
- Strategy sessions and coaching calls
- Rush fees or third-party expenses already incurred

6. **Processing Time**
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
